Triathlon Coaching Services

  • Trismarter Triathlon Coaching offers an array of coaching services to meet the needs of every triathlon we work with. We believe that each athlete is an individual, and that “cookie cutter” training plans are a poor substitute for individualized coaching and planning.
  • Services offered include online and in-person coaching at three distinct levels, custom training plans built to your needs, and consulting services for self-coached triathletes looking for training and planning advice and guidance, without fully hiring a coach.

Coaching Levels

Trismarter offers three levels of coaching. Our basic, Level 1, is designed for self-sufficient athletes needing only the basic amount of guidance from their coach. On an intermediate level, we have Level 2 which is ideal for athletes utilizing training devices (GPS, Heart Rate, Power) to propel performances to the next level. Finally, Level 3, is intended for elite performers wanting to leave no stone left un-turned.

Custom Training Plans

Designed for the self-coached athlete that desires an organized training plan built to fit his/her lifestyle, schedule, and goals, Custom Training Plans provide the structured scheduling needed to reach your potential, without the additional cost of working with a coach one-on-one. These training plans are not a “one size fits all” plan, but an individualized daily plan that will prepare you for your key events.

The process begins with a phone interview with a Trismarter coach to gather details about your goals and lifestyle. The coach will then create your plan using the same comprehensive approach we use to create training plans for our coached athletes resulting in a customized plan for you to follow daily for the number of months you have requested.

Custom Training Plans start at $75 per month, with a three month minimum commitment. Discounts for additional months are available.
