Tri2Lose Program

Fee: $350/month
Phase I – Intensive weight loss
The first 3 months of the Tri2Lose (T2L) program focus on intensive weight loss. You will work closely with one of our Sports Nutritionists to tailor a weight loss plan to ensure effective weight reduction while beginning the initial triathlon training phase. Initially, a Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment will be performed. With weekly and monthly goals in place, you will communicate with your Sports Nutritionist via email and report on your progress. You will also work with one of our triathlon coaches under the parameters of the Victory Coaching Program beginning in Month 2 once maintainable nutrition goals are in place.

Phase II– Weight maintenance/Periodization
(Client-guided)

You may continue with the combination of Victory-level coaching and Sports Nutrition support at the continued rate of $350/month or choose which Trismarter.com service is right for you (Victory/Ultima coaching and/or Sports Nutrition services). For example, you may choose to continue ongoing weight loss under the Weight Management for Peak Performance nutrition service coupled with the Ultima Coaching Program.  The decision is yours and your Sports Nutritionist and Triathlon Coach will be glad to give you recommendations and guidance as requested.

Triathlon is not just about the Ironman. There were 1,820 local races sanctioned by the governing body for triathlon across the United States in the 2005 season. 886 of those races covered distances as short as an 800m swim, 20k bike, and 5k run. Even more exciting, most of these events have special divisions for participants of higher body weight, the Clydesdale and Athena divisions.

The changes you make under the Tri2Lose program are designed to be a permanent solution to the problem of overweight and obesity, not a short-term fix. Our methods are based on clinical data from the scientific literature and personal athletic, clinical, and research-based experience.

How to get started

1. Download, sign, and mail/fax the release.

2. Use PayPal to deposit ($350 for T2L Program)

3. Indicate the services you desire.

4. After completing these steps, the appropriate coach or sports nutritionist will email you to set up an initial phone meeting and provide further instructions.

5. A bill for the specific services rendered will be sent to you.

Triathlon coaching requires payment the first week of each month to renew service and is due within 2 weeks.

Nutrition services requires payment within 30 days of the services rendered.
