Sports nutritionist Bill Nadeau and I began working with Heather as part of the Tri2Lose program back in April. Her goals were to continue to lose weight and to finish her first ironman race, Ironman Louisville. After thousands of miles and hundreds of hours of training, and a total weight loss of 141lbs, the result is that Heather is not only an ironman, but an inspiring woman!
