Trismarter.com is proud to announce the addition of triathlon coaching associate Kurt Perham. Kurt is a 1995 graduate of Cal State-Northbridge, where he received a B. Sc. in Kinesiology. Kurt is also currently the Director of Coaching Services for FastSplits Multisport. Kurt resides in Portland, Maine with his wife and newborn son.
 Kurt's interests are focused on optimal training structure for improvement of triathlon performance. Specifically, Kurt utilizes heart rate, lactate threshold and power as correlates in the development of scientifically sound programs. Kurt has successfully guided scores of athletes to accomplish their goals in events ranging from their first Sprint Triathlon to Ironman Lake Placid and Florida.
