Our Meal Planning service is designed for those athletes who lack experience creating meals for themselves which will meet the demands of the training and racing in which they are participating.
Meal planning begins with a phone conversation with one of our sports nutritionists to determine exactly what your specific needs are going to be. Your daily caloric intake will be determined, and a meal plan with an appropriate macronutrient composition will be created for you. Your plan will have a suggested best practice for daily food consumption for both rest days and training days (including multiple workouts per day if requested). The plan will include a large set of personalized, interchangeable meals which are based on your food preferences and any special dietary needs that you might have (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
