The Comprehensive Training Diet Analysis (CTDA) is our flagship sports nutrition diet and analysis service that is anything but standard. Our qualified sports dietitians will take you through a process of dietary analysis with the goal of helping you improve your diet for peak performance. Your dietary plan for peak performance will be personalized to your needs, whether you are vegetarian or vegan, require special attention due to medical conditions, or trying to gain or lose weight.

The cost for the extensive dietary analysis of the CTDA, along with recommendations is $325.00. You may extend your nutrition service after the initial CTDA to our Sports Nutrtition for Peak Performance or Weight Management for Peak Performance for $175.00 per month thereafter.

Your sports dietitian will also help you with periodizing your diet according to your training schedule. Learn how your diet should change depending on the type of training you do throughout the year, helping you optimize performance for key training sessions and races.

    What is a comprehensive nutrition consultation?

  • Begins with a fact gathering meeting with your sports nutritionist
      Including the following:

    • Height, weight, date of birth
    • Current medications, vitamins and/or dietary supplements being used
    • Medical history
    • Nutrition questions and concerns
  • You supply a five-day food record
    • Specify foods and beverages ingested
    • Indicate the quantity or portion of the food and beverage items
    • Record the time each meal and snacks ingested
    • State the type, duration, start and end time of training sessions
  • In depth analysis and plan creation (see sample plan)
