A successful coaching relationship is dependent on open communication
between the coach and the athlete.
To limit that communication is to limit the potential success
of the relationship. Therefore, we do not offer "prepackaged"
triathlon training plans. All of the training programs we
offer are completely personalized based on event, training
phase, work/travel schedule, health status, etc. We are available
via phone and email as needed seven days per week. If necessary,
training sessions can be modified last minute to adapt to
your demanding schedule and personal circumstances. At Trismarter.com
we understand that our clients demand the best, and we provide
it.
Compare us to any other triathlon coaching service and you will
not find an equivalent combination of elite triathlon background,
level of education or professional experience in nutrition, dietetics,
or metabolic research. The services that we provide are the product

principles in triathlon training and competition.
What does triathlon coaching consist of?
The coaching relationship begins with an in-depth conversation
that allows the coach to learn about your athletic background, strengths,
weaknesses, and goals. Depending on where you live, this initial
meeting could be in-person or via phone. From this and subsequent
conversations via phone and email, the coach is able to intelligently
design a training program that makes the most efficient use of your
training time. All of your workouts are sent via email on a daily
basis. After completing the workout, you have the ability to send
your coach valuable training data such as heart rate or power output
as well as notes and comments. Use of this novel system keeps you
in constant contact with your coach and allows him or her to further
customize your training to ensure you are at your best on race day.

Your coach will not only guide you through the training to
