Chocolate Milk: Superfood?

I knew I was on to something at a young age…

The New York Times reports on a study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition demonstrating the anti-inflammatory powers of chocolate moo juice.

We’ve been long recommending chocolate milk as a recovery drink to our clients. Here’s an article on recovery nutrition from Triathlon Nutrition Expert Mary Ellen Bingham entitled Reloading for Rapid Recovery.
