Detecting and Avoiding Overtraining: Part 1

We published an article on Trifuel.com, the first of a series, on detecting and avoiding overtraining in triathletes (not just triathletes but also cyclists, runners, etc). The article focuses mainly on the utility of heart rate variability as a tool for the detection of overtraining.
