- MK’s Green Gusto Drink
- 1 small Cucumber (peeled)
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 cup Chard, Spinach, or Kale
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1 scoop Whey Protein
- 1 Banana, 1/4 cup Blueberries, or 3 Strawberries
- Add ice, blenderize. Drink at home, in the car (or subway), or at the office.
