Bike Trainer Workouts, 2013

Last year about this time, we began posting a series of bike workouts that could be done either on a trainer or rollers, or even out on the road for those lucky enough to live in a warmer climate in the winter months. The idea is that with shorter days and generally colder weather in the Norther Hemisphere, it’s nice to have a set of rides at your finger tips that will help you get the maximum amount of work done in a minimum amount of time. In the case of the 2013 set of bike workouts, all are about 60-75 minutes, and they all have some very specific goals outlines in each session.
