Each week, beginning Thursday, April 5th, Trismarter will be hosting a group run at 6pm. The 4 mile loop (with options for more distance) will start & finish at Cafe Velo, and YOU ARE INVITED!
Every other week they will be presenting on different triathlon topics. See the dates and topics below.

Trismarter Triathlon Coaching & Nutrition is presenting various triathlon topics immediately following selected group runs (every other week). Topics include training tips, equipment, triathlon nutrition, and skills. Mark your calendar for the following dates:

After each run, Coach Lee and Coach Regina will be available to field your questions about running or triathlon, while you refuel at Cafe Velo’s coffee bar!
