Let’s face it. No matter how well planned and thought-out your triathlon training program and recovery sports nutrition plan, the hours of swimming, cycling and running are going to catch up with you. Fatigue is often accompanied by sore, aching muscles making climbing the stairs in your home or workplace seem like another workout. So do the myriad sports creams available on the market actually provide any relief or benefit?
