What other clients are eating – Breakfast

I have a client from Maine who takes an interesting approach to Whey Protein.  She thinks outside of the cereal box and strives to get a kick start on her daily vegetable intake.  This early morning drink is clean, healthy and hearty, and it gets her awake and alert for a busy morning at the office.

  • MK’s Green Gusto Drink
    • 1 small Cucumber (peeled)
    • 2 stalks Celery
    • 1 cup Chard, Spinach, or Kale
    • 1/2 Avocado
    • 1 tsp Whey Protein
    • 1 scoop Whey Protein
    • 1 Banana, 1/4 cup Blueberries, or 3 Strawberries
    • Add ice, blenderize.  Drink at home, in the car (or subway), or at the office.
