 The 2009 Trismarter.com NYC Triathlon Training Plan is an excellent way to prepare for the event, especially if you do not want or cannot afford to work with a coach. The training plan will be 12 weeks in length and is perfect for the busy professional, student or parent that needs to train on his/her own schedule, not that of an organized group.
